Mr. Wilson led the acquisition of VMC from its publicly-traded parent Aeroflex International in 2005 and helped to quickly turn the struggling division around. Prior to acquiring VMC Mr. Wilson spent a number of years working in the construction industry before forming VMC East, a manufacturers rep firm that represented VMC's former publicly-traded parent Aeroflex International.
