Elizabeth O’Neill

Elizabeth O’Neill is the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Sales at VMC Group. Since 2005, she has consistently been a trusted and valued member of the executive team, providing strategic and business support on company initiatives to facilitate the growth of the business.  She is a talented problem solver and serves as an advisor to the senior team in proposing and implementing strategic solutions.  She uses the span of her career experience along with her high attention to detail to organize and prioritize critical issues and projects. Ms. O’Neill is tenacious and collaborative as she plans, directs and coordinates sales and operational activities from concept to implementation.  

Ms. O’Neill serves as a long-term Executive Director of the Long Island Power Network, an organization dedicated to delivering the power of true senior-level business networking.  She is also involved with several not for profits: Make-A-Wish; LIAF; and NewGround.
